    • Periodic deep cleaning to address areas that may not be cleaned during regular changeover cleaning, such as baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, and appliances.

    • Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets.

    • Removing cobwebs and dusting high-up or hard-to-reach areas.

  3. Linen and Laundry Service:

    • Washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.

    • Restocking clean linens and towels for the next guest stay.

    • Stain treatment and spot cleaning for bedding and linens as needed.

  4. Restocking Amenities:

    • Checking and replenishing guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee pods, tea bags, and snacks.

    • Ensuring all essential items are stocked and displayed neatly for guests' convenience.

  5. Key Exchange and Guest Communication:

    • Facilitating key exchange with guests or coordinating self-check-in procedures.

    • Communicating with guests regarding check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, and any special requests or issues.

  6. Maintenance and Repairs:

    • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, and fixing minor issues identified during cleaning.

    • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the property owner or manager for further action.

  7. Emergency Cleaning Services:

    • Providing emergency cleaning services in case of unexpected guest cancellations or last-minute bookings.

    • Responding promptly to urgent cleaning requests to ensure the property is ready for the next guest arrival.

    • Tailoring cleaning services to meet the specific needs and preferences of property owners, including special requests for eco-friendly cleaning products, pet-friendly cleaning, or additional cleaning tasks.

  9. Exterior Cleaning Services:

    • Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, decks, and entryways.

    • Sweeping, mopping, or power washing outdoor surfaces as needed.

  10. Inventory Management:

    • Keeping track of inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

    • Reordering supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability for cleaning service
